Boris Ebers was a well-known Ukrainian Jewish landscape painter of the 20th century. He was a pupil of K. Kostandi and G. Ladyzhenski, graduated from the Odessa Art School in 1911 and studied at the St.Petersburg Academy between 1911 and 1914. He worked in Odessa by the Black Sea.
