Michael Stohl ( 1813 Vienna-1881 ibidem) is a very well-known Austrian watercolorist who worked in Vienna and St.Petersburg during the 19th century. In Russia he was appointed court painter, comissioned by the Tsar and made over 800 copies of old master paintings.
Condition: In good overall condition, slight traces of restored minor stains.
